Is the partnership another subscription I'm locked into?
No. It's month to month, and everything we build is yours: the code, the data, and the documentation. If you stop, the tools keep running.
Do I need a partnership to use Cira?
No. You can sign up for Cira on its own at hicira.com. Partnership clients get it set up, tuned to their scripts, and connected to the rest of their systems.
We're not a tech company. Is this for us?
That's who we work with most: trades, field service, and owner-run businesses. We build around how your crew already works, with a few big buttons on a phone.
Can you start with one project?
Yes, and you don't need an assessment first: a fixed-scope build has one price, agreed before we start. If you're not sure where to start, begin with an assessment and we'll build the top item on your roadmap. Many clients move to a partnership once the first tool is paying for itself.
Will this replace my staff?
It takes the repetitive parts off their plate: data entry, call triage, chasing paperwork. Most clients use the time to take on more work with the same team.
